Location: Europe (preferably UK, France, or Germany; open to other European locations)

About the Role:

As the Amazon EU Strategic Sales Director, you will develop and execute sales strategies to maximize SBD’s presence on Amazon across multiple countries. You will lead a team of Key Account Managers and eTrade Marketing Managers, oversee key brands like DEWALT, STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER, and more, and work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to achieve growth targets, including reaching $200M in sales by 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Amazon marketplaces
  • Manage and lead a high-performing team across various countries
  • Oversee account management for major brands
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of sales initiatives

Qualifications:
