What You’ll Do

Are you analytical, strategic, and a natural relationship builder? We’re looking for a visionary Amazon EU Strategic Sales Director to join our dynamic EMEA-ANZ eCommerce team!

You’ll develop and execute a winning sales strategy to maximise SBD’s presence on Amazon, leading a high-performing team of Key Account Managers and eTrade Marketing Managers across 10+ countries. Take charge of our iconic brands—DEWALT, STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER, FACOM, and WOLF-GARTEN—overseeing account management and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Your expertise in analysing sales data and market trends will help us reach $200M by 2026, while your collaborative spirit will unite marketing, supply chain, and product teams for seamless execution. You’ll manage budgets, report to senior leadership, and spearhead transformational projects in demand planning, sales reconciliation, and SKU optimisation. Plus, you’ll ensure our brands shine during major Amazon events.

You will also have :

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role or product commercialisation / Category Management, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong soft skills to build effective partnerships with SBD's market organisations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Prior experience with Amazon is not required but would be a plus.
