Job Opportunity: Amazon Brand Growth Specialist

Healthcare startup located in the northwest of Madrid is seeking a talented individual to join their growing international team, part of a group of approximately 600 employees.

  • Fluency in German is a must.
  • Amazon knowledge is mandatory.

The role involves:

  1. Demonstrated experience in growing brands and business profitably on Amazon Marketplaces, specifically in Germany.
  2. Managing clients through a consultative B2C approach with Amazon accounts, understanding the business, optimizing brand investment, and increasing sales.
  3. Defining KPIs for search and marketing strategies across Amazon.
  4. Establishing processes to ensure optimal product ranking and visibility on the first page.
  5. Collaborating with internal experts to align strategies with Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Ads and DSP management.
  6. Building and maintaining a strong relationship with Amazon.
  7. Forecasting sales and coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams.
  8. Optimizing product descriptions, imagery, keywords, and reviews.
  9. Analyzing marketplace trends and competitors to identify opportunities for new products and campaigns.
  10. Working with marketing and sales teams to create and execute marketing campaigns within deadlines, providing ideas for opportunities.
