We are seeking a role focused on operational management and post-trade activities for alternative investments, coordinating with Fund Houses, Transfer Agents, and IT teams to drive improvements and smooth migrations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in fund operations, solid knowledge of investment funds, and excellent English

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fund operations, asset management, fund platforms, transfer agency, or financial services.
• Knowledge of investment funds and operational workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Operational Management Support and oversee post-trade operational activities related to alternative investment products.
• Coordinate operational processes involving Alternative Fund Houses and Transfer Agents.
• Monitor and facilitate reporting and migration activities across the alternative investments platform.
• Ensure operational processes are documented, controlled, and continuously improved.
