Responsible for carrying out independent research, combining research methods, big data analysis, and various innovative methods, digging into users' pain points and potential demands, analyzing real users' behaviors and psychology, and working closely with the business side to optimize and improve user experience, finding business opportunities and breakthrough points, promoting rapid and sustainable business development, innovation, and change.

Job Requirements:
Psychology, anthropology, sociology, statistics, information science, human-computer interaction, cognitive science, and other relevant fields preferred; more than 5 years of research experience, with at least one experience in internet research, retail brand research, or market consumer research firm.
Rich quantitative/qualitative research experience, clear logical thinking, and familiarity with various commonly used statistical analysis tools.
Business insight and business deconstruction ability, based on understanding of the business, to plan the research content of the business area, solve core business problems, promote research results from the top down, and effectively influence management decision-making.
Excellent ability in structural thinking, information collection, summary, and induction; can integrate data analysis, research, and other insights into industry development drivers and trend direction forecasts.
Strong curiosity, ability to see the essence through phenomena, and capacity for fast learning in emerging fields.
Spanish is a must.
