Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate or VP with 4-6 years of experience in Secured Finance and Asset Backed Securities, including all types of securitizations and synthetic transactions. The ideal candidate is hardworking, fully committed to team and project goals, and ready to contribute effectively.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills
• Native Spanish speaker
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Based in Madrid
• Experience with synthetic securitizations and all types of securitization transactions
• Fluency in securitization regulation
• Focus on the Iberian market with the ability to cover other countries
• 4-6 years of relevant sector experience
• Strong and independent modeling capabilities; Python modeling is a plus
• Good relationships with rating agencies
• Ability to independently review legal documentation
• Valuation skills
• Strong interest in the FIG sector
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
