Indra Space in Madrid seeks a Project Quality Assurance Manager (HW/SW) to lead QA for complex systems across hardware and software, ensuring compliance with ECSS and other quality standards. The role includes coordinating suppliers, handling non-conformities, audits, and product qualification during industrialization, with a hybrid Madrid work arrangement.

• Minimum 5 years in Product and Quality Assurance for complex systems.
• Strong experience in Hardware and Software Quality Assurance (product and process).
• Experience managing suppliers and subcontractors from a QA perspective.
• Proven experience in problem resolution and Non-Conformity management (HW/SW).
• Solid knowledge of ECSS standards (ECSS-Q family).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, PECAL 2110/2210, EN 9100 standards.
• Experience in audits, documentation review, and testing/validation follow-up.
• Experience in product qualification and manufacturing quality processes.

What will you do?

• Ensure Product and Quality Assurance (PA/QA) activities for complex HW/SW systems.
• Manage quality assurance processes covering both product and process compliance.
• Coordinate and oversee suppliers and subcontractors from a quality perspective.
• Handle Non-Conformities and Problem Management for Hardware and Software.
• Review and supervise technical and quality documentation.

What are we looking for?

• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
