Jet2.com Limited is seeking a Passenger Service Agent in Lanzarote to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, assist with check-in and boarding, and support the sales desk while maintaining safety and company procedures.

This is a 20-hour substitute contract with the potential to increase hours based on operational needs. The role offers a pro-rated annual salary of €21,094 plus additional pay for transport, shifts, and holidays, plus 45 days

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and intermediate/fluent English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle flight delays and disruptions calmly.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer service at the airport.
• Greet customers and provide efficient check‑in and boarding assistance.
