We are seeking experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse Airport Operations Team as Team Leaders in Barcelona, Spain.
You will oversee the planning and coordination of airport meet-and-greet services at Barcelona Airport, ensuring the efficient transfer of cruise guests to hotels and the port.

- Experience in tourism or destination management is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages like German, Dutch, French, or Polish are a plus. Valid driver's license required.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Coordinate closely with hotel and port teams during turnaround days for smooth guest arrivals.
- Manage airport team resources, including scheduling and task assignment for operational efficiency.
- Maintain calendars for Airport Transport Coordinators and team members to optimize resources.
- Monitor financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Supervise airport operations during peak periods, stepping in as Airport Transport Coordinator if needed.
- Liaise with airport stakeholders like AENA and Airport Authorities to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with all airport operational requirements, including permits and access management.
- Provide bi-weekly updates and reports to the Operations Manager.
- Perform additional duties as required.
