We are looking for candidates for our station in Barcelona:

Aircraft Sheet Metal Worker

Role Purpose:

Assist certified personnel in the preventive and corrective maintenance of aircraft, ensuring proper operation in compliance with aeronautical authority and manufacturer regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with certified personnel to manufacture, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal components used in aircraft and aerospace equipment.
  • Ensure the structural integrity and safety of the aircraft, working on metal parts of the structure, wings, control surfaces, and other critical components.
  • Perform sheet metal fabrication: cutting, shaping, and molding sheet metal using various tools and machinery according to plans and engineering specifications.
  • Read and interpret aircraft plans.
  • Follow company MOE procedures and customer protocols during maintenance tasks.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant courses and training in the field.
  • EWIS, FTS, and HF current certifications; ability to work nights and weekends.

Skills, Knowledge, & Requirements:

  • Fluent in technical English, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, proactivity, and customer focus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, managing multiple tasks.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Valid driving license and a clean criminal record.
  • Legal right to live and work in the European Union.
