Sener is seeking an Aircraft CAD Design Engineer in Tres Cantos to support conceptual, preliminary and detailed design of aerial vehicles and airborne systems. You will develop 3D models and drawings, define airframe and installation designs, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliant, manufacturable configurations.

You will work with CATIA V5/V6 and PLM tools, participate in trade-offs and documentation, and contribute to certification activities while benefiting from

• Experience in aerospace mechanical design and CAD modelling.
• Good understanding of aircraft structures and installations.
• Knowledge of aircraft configuration design principles.
• Experience producing engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Knowledge of systems installation constraints (electrical, avionics, propulsion, mission systems) is valued.
• Knowledge of composite structures is an asset.
• Experience in UAS/UAV development is an asset.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary engineering environments.
• CATIA V5/V6.
• Siemens NX or equivalent CAD tools would be an asset.
• PLM tools (3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter or equivalent).
• Advanced MS Office.

Sener is currently looking for an Aircraft CAD Design Engineer to support the conceptual, preliminary and detailed design of aerial vehicles and airborne systems to join our team at our Tres Cantos work center.

We are a pioneering engineering company in the design of satellite technology and equipment for space exploration. In defence, we design and produce equipment and systems, including unmanned systems. The candidate will participate in the development of aircraft configurations and installations, producing engineering models and technical documentation in coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
