DP World in Madrid is seeking an Air Freight Specialist to execute Freight Forwarding activities and build strong customer relationships. You will handle documentation, communicate flight details, and collaborate with airlines, carriers, and internal teams to deliver reliable service.

We require 3+ years in Freight Forwarding Operations and Customer Service, solid knowledge of processes, and strong MS Office skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; other languages are a bonus.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding Operations and Customer Service.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and industry practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage file creation and all services associated with freight forwarding and logistics.
• Support account set-up and coordinate with Sales to ensure all required documentation and SOP inputs are provided.
• Monitor and audit files regularly to ensure compliance with estimate input, margin requirements, and timely invoicing.
• Support clients with day-to-day requests related to export/import documentation to ensure accurate execution of transportation files.
• Provide clients with complete flight/sailing details to ensure clear and timely information flow.
• Liaise with airlines and ocean carriers to obtain optimal solutions in terms of capacity and cost.
• Collaborate with internal network teams and external partner agents to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Respond promptly to operational challenges or urgent situations that may arise during shipment handling.
• Collaborate with Operations colleagues to ensure continuity of work during peak volumes or absences.
