Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. in Spain seeks a seasonal aviation support role at Valencia and Barcelona airports to assist with operations, compliance, and scheduling. You will contribute to efficient loading/unloading and maintain clear communication with flight teams.

The position requires a proactive, organized individual with strong communication and basic computer skills, able to work across shifts and locations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide aircraft support in restricted airport areas.
• Ensure service providers comply with internal compliance procedures.
• Maintain communication flow with the Load Planner.
• Supervise aircraft loading and unloading operations.
• Review documentation before handing it over to the flight crew.
• Report operational timelines, including arrival, departure, loading, and unloading times.
• Provide operational oversight during sort activities (loading and unloading containers/feeders).

What will your day‑to‑day look like?
