At TCS Spain, we're seeking a highly skilled AIOPS Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our monitoring strategy and contributing to the growth and improvement of our detection capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Observe platform and merchant performance, detecting potential issues proactively to mitigate risks in collaboration with Engineering teams.
• Communicate effectively with merchants during incidents, providing accurate and updated information to keep them informed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Reliability teams to integrate, grow, and continuously improve our monitoring strategy and increase reliability.
• Investigate alerts and provide feedback to engineering teams to develop effective logging and alerting across the platform architecture.
• Mitigate merchant impact risk by acting on alerts in partnership with Engineering teams and contribute to the monitoring playbook by documenting learnings.
• Prioritize, automate, and scale every aspect of our detection capabilities ruthlessly.

Requirements :

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong automation skills, including knowledge of tools like Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and GitLab CI / CD.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise, using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Containerization skills, including Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing applications in container environments.

Development and scripting skills, with proficiency in languages like Python, Ruby, or Go.
