Position Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to design and scale automated systems that transform complex business needs into robust, scalable solutions. This role involves connecting, simplifying, and automating operations, contributing significantly to our company's growth and impact.

Responsibilities

1. Design and Build Scalable Automations: Create workflows using tools like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom scripts; handle multi-step logic, error handling, and retries; manage the entire lifecycle from identification to maintenance.
2. API Integration & Custom App Hosting: Integrate systems via REST, Webhooks, GraphQL, OAuth; self-host tools; build microservices to bridge no-code and custom development.
3. Data Architecture & Ops Systems: Design data structures in Airtable, Notion, or relational databases; implement access control; structure workflows for growth.
4. Workflow Optimization & Reliability: Debug, optimize automations; build fail-safes, alerts, and monitoring; evolve workflows as needed.
5. AI + Chat System Implementation: Deploy GPT-powered bots; connect chat interfaces; support building AI agents.
6. Documentation & Team Enablement: Document processes; train internal users; design with UX in mind.
