Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading mattress brand, seeks an AI Video Creator to own the end-to-end AI-powered video production for cold-traffic ads and product pages. You will craft concepts, generate visuals, edit, and deliver shippable assets at scale while ensuring realism and performance.

You will work with an AI-native toolset, report to the Director of Marketing, and help shape the future of AI-driven creative at Puffy, a multimillion-dollar brand expanding globally.

Qualifications

• Direct-response portfolio demonstrating ads designed to drive action.
• Ability to maintain coherent characters and visual details across generated shots.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools and post-production workflows.
• Strong AI image-generation fundamentals for controlled visuals.
• Proficiency in video post-production: compositing, color, audio cleanup.
• Experience with AI voice synthesis, music, and sound design.
• Ability to read CTR/hold rates and iterate hooks accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Own AI video production across paid ads and product videos from concept to ship.
• Develop and maintain prompt/reference libraries for consistency across assets.
• Produce ads at volume for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Puffy.com product pages.
• Ensure material behavior realism and seamless integration of AI and real footage.
