Job summary

Impact Clients is building a fully remote AI-driven creative division for growth in the supplements space. As AI Creative Strategist, you will own narrative development, avatar design, hooks, and scripts, driving content strategy across multiple pages.

You’ll train coaches, feed feedback to engineering, and help shape playbooks from zero. The role blends creative direction with data analysis, fast iteration, and ownership, with opportunities to lead as the channel scales.

Qualifications

• Direct-response advertising in supplements or ecommerce.
• Produced paid creative at high volume — hundreds/thousands assets per month.
• Strong copywriter, crafting hooks, angles, and concepts.
• Ability to tailor messaging for diverse demographics.
• Experience with AI creative tools: Higgsfield, Google Flow Omni, OpenArt, CapCut.
• Able to work independently without a detailed SOP.

Responsibilities

• Create AI avatars and demographics, determine concepts.
• Generate 10–20 new ideas daily for reels.
• Write and direct scripts for 30–60 second reels.
• Own tests across 5–10+ Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• Match message to demographic precisely.
• Turn useful information into content that builds trust.
• Study performance and scale winning avatars and concepts.
• Retire weak avatars and scale successful ideas.
• Help build the department as the model is proven.
