Getnet Payments is seeking an AI Adoption & Transformation Operations Associate in Madrid to drive the operational backbone of the company''s AI transformation, ensuring adoption of global AI products, governance follow-up, portfolio visibility and cross-functional alignment.

You will coordinate owners, track initiatives, prepare executive materials, and support budgets, people, legal and compliance topics across the organization, with English and Spanish communication.

Formación

• 4-6+ years of experience in transformation, strategic PMO, business operations, AI/data adoption or digital initiatives, ideally in payments, fintech or banking.
• Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders across business, technology, finance, HR, legal, compliance and global teams.
• Good understanding of AI, GenAI, analytics, automation and responsible AI concepts; technical depth is a plus but not the core of the role.
• Experience structuring portfolios, operating cadences, executive reports, action logs and decision materials for senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity, chasing owners, simplifying complex topics and protecting leadership time.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Proactive, reliable, hands-on and ownership-driven, with strong organizational discipline and business judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the adoption and rollout of global AI products and capabilities across Getnet, coordinating readiness, owners, blockers and next steps.
• Maintain the AI transformation portfolio, ensuring initiatives have clear status, owner, value logic, risks, dependencies and executive visibility.
• Coordinate AI inventory and governance follow-up, helping business owners complete required information and evidence.
• Consolidate and coordinate AI-related inputs for budget, financial follow-up and value-management discussions, ensuring clear visibility for AI leadership while working in partnership with Finance as the functional owner.
• Act as the coordination point for AI-related people, legal, compliance, risk and technology dependencies, ensuring requirements, approvals and follow-ups are properly structured with the respective functional owners.
• Prepare executive reports, decision materials and follow-up trackers for AI leadership, global forums and local sponsors.
• Facilitate communication, training, knowledge sharing and responsible AI adoption across countries, business domains and functional teams.
• Reduce operational friction for AI leadership by structuring priorities, actions, owners and escalation points with discipline and clarity.

Getnet Payments is looking for a data & AI transformation professional, execution-oriented and highly structured, to join the AI Transformation team as AI Adoption & Transformation Associate, based in Madrid.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The AI Adoption & Transformation Operations Associate will support the operational backbone of Getnet's AI transformation, ensuring adoption of global AI products, governance follow-up, portfolio visibility and coordination of financial, people, legal and compliance topics across the organization.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the adoption and rollout of global AI products and capabilities across Getnet, coordinating readiness, owners, blockers and next steps.
