We would like to fill the position as soon as possible.

We are looking for an experienced Consultant to guide our clients and partners through the entire lifecycle of implementing On-Premise Private GPT solutions enhanced by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). In this role, you will blend deep expertise in AI and data management with a strong business sense to deliver end-to-end solutions—from requirements gathering and architectural design to deployment, integration, and ongoing optimization.

What do we offer you?

• Consulting & Strategy : Analyze client needs, propose on-premise GPT and RAG strategies, and develop tailored project plans.
• Implementation & Integration : Install, configure, and integrate AI solutions within existing infrastructures, ensuring seamless alignment with data pipelines and enterprise architectures.
• Data Management : Oversee data preparation, cleaning, and validation to optimize the performance of GPT and RAG models.
• Project Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Training & Adoption : Develop and conduct workshops to equip client teams with the skills needed to leverage AI tools effectively.
• Continuous Improvement : Monitor industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maximize client value.

What qualifications should you have?

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• AI Expertise : Proven experience in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and a solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with on-premise environments, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps practices (CI / CD), and common AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Data Management : Hands-on experience with data pipelines, big data systems, and database technologies.
• Business & Communication : Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and strong communication skills in English (and ideally German).
• Project Management : Track record of managing AI or data-driven projects, with a structured approach to planning, execution, and documentation.

Bonus Points :

• Experience with specific AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) deployed on-premise.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices adapted for on-premise environments.
• Experience with specific industry verticals (., finance, healthcare, manufacturing) and their on-premise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Fujitsu Private GPT or similar on-premise AI solutions.
