We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Life Sciences division in Manufacturing Europe. The position will be based in Seville.

Main Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business managers to find suitable candidates.
2. Understand the profile of engineers to be hired according to client requirements.
3. Conduct headhunting and mapping processes for current open positions.
4. Take strategic and operational responsibility for the recruitment process, active sourcing, and candidate pipeline management.
5. Follow up on the recruitment process: initiate contact with candidates worldwide, explain projects and positions, and discuss availability and interest.
6. Build and maintain a network of industry experts.
7. Schedule and follow up on interviews with business managers.
8. Establish trust and become a reliable partner for business managers by providing regular feedback to support their business development.
9. Draft and post job advertisements and manage incoming applications.
10. Participate in daily recruitment meetings with the team.
11. Provide weekly and monthly recruitment reports to your manager.

Main Requirements

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
3. At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, especially sourcing.
4. Proficient in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
5. Experience or knowledge of the Life Sciences market is advantageous.
6. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
7. Curious, multitasker, self-driven, goal-oriented, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
8. Tenacity and resilience are valuable assets for this role.
