WHO ARE WE?

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based startup in the New Space sector, pioneering as the first satellite telecommunications operator to provide global and continuous connectivity for the growing Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol.

To achieve this, Sateliot is deploying a constellation of advanced nanosatellites at low Earth orbit, functioning as mobile towers. Our infrastructure complements terrestrial networks, especially in areas where traditional technologies don't reach.

We are seeking an AI Solutions Specialist & Evangelist with a focus on Prompt Engineering, strong technical skills, and a proactive attitude. You will be the internal AI reference, working within our Corporate IT team and reporting to the IT Manager. Your role involves staying current with AI advancements and translating this knowledge into strategic advantages, collaborating across teams to improve processes through designing, analyzing, and optimizing prompts, and implementing AI solutions across business areas.

Your Mission

Lead internal AI adoption by exploring emerging tools and practices, and assist teams in integrating AI into their workflows. Serve as the company's expert in prompt engineering, AI tool evaluation, and automation, translating technological opportunities into business value.

Additionally, you will lead Sateliot’s internal AI Guild—a cross-departmental group of AI enthusiasts—fostering knowledge sharing, experimentation, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay informed through news, forums, conferences, and publications on AI.
• Benchmark and evaluate AI tools' performance.
• Organize training sessions and workshops to demonstrate AI tools' productivity benefits.
• Design pre-prompts and output optimization strategies for AI models.
• Manage and grow the internal AI Guild to promote AI exploration.
• Identify automation opportunities using tools like n8n, integrating APIs from AI providers, and developing solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless AI integration.
• Act as an internal consultant to understand team needs and propose AI-driven solutions and prompts.
• Generate reports on AI trends and best practices in prompt engineering.
• Maintain ongoing communication to promote AI adoption across departments.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of technical environments (development, DevOps, cloud infrastructure) and effective collaboration with technical teams.
• Experience with process automation and API integration, especially involving AI.
• Hands-on experience with AI methodologies, tools, and prompt optimization.
• At least 3 years in consulting or similar roles involving autonomous communication and tailored solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive engagement with teams.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills for evaluating new technologies.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts.
• Proactive, curious, and capable of working independently and in teams.

Key Early Achievements (6 months)

• Launch of the AI Guild and initial cross-team workshops.
• Adoption of at least 3 AI tools by departments with measurable results.
• Growing internal interest in AI experimentation, with you as the catalyst.
