AWWG, the global fashion group uniting Pepe Jeans London, Hackett and Façonnable, seeks a dedicated professional to own the portfolio of AI projects for Operations. You will identify opportunities, build business cases, and lead adoption across teams, reporting to the Senior Manager of Data & BI with executive sponsorship from the COO.

Responsabilidades

• Map Operations processes, identify AI opportunities, and convert them into clear projects.
• Collect AI ideas across Operations, review, prioritize, and recommend initiatives.
• Move quickly on cases solvable with existing tools and build business cases when new development is needed.
• Manage external technology vendors during implementation as the AWWG-side owner.
• Lead adoption after launch, including training and change management.
• Report ROI: cost reductions, time savings, quality improvements, speed gains.
• Review completed projects to capture lessons for next iterations.

Who We Are...

AWWG is the global fashion group which integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

The project!

You would own the portfolio of AI projects for AWWG Operations: preparing and presenting cases to the AI Committee with realistic business plans, making sure each approved project is well implemented and used by the teams, and prioritising quick wins that reuse AI tools we already have. Some AI is already running at AWWG. There is much more to build, and the scope is wide.

This is not a technical role. You are not expected to develop the solutions, but to identify opportunities, build the case, validate delivery, and lead adoption.

You would report to the Senior Manager of Data & BI, with executive sponsorship from the COO and the Director of Business Technology, and close collaboration with all Operations Directors.

What will the role entail?

• To map Operations processes, find AI opportunities, and turn them into clear projects.
• To collect AI ideas from across Operations, review them, set priorities, and propose which ones move forward.
• To move fast on cases we can solve with what AWWG already has in place, and to prepare a business case for the AI Committee when a case requires new development.
• To manage external technology vendors during implementation, as the AWWG-side responsible person.
• To lead adoption after launch — training, change management, and improvements.
• To report the return of each project: cost reduced, time saved, quality improved, speed gained.
• To review every project once completed, capturing what worked and what did not, so each case improves the next one.

What success looks like:

To give a sense of the pace and scope of the role, this is roughly what the first year looks like:

• Month 3 — first projects live, with early signs of adoption tracked.
• Month 6 — 3 to 5 active projects, with first results on the ones already launched.
• Month 12 — measurable value in cost, time and quality, and process mapping covering one or two Operations areas.

Requirements:

Job competences:

• Fluent English.
• You use AI tools regularly in your own work, and understand them well enough to assess what a vendor proposes.
• Good at turning business problems into clear ROI cases with realistic numbers.
• Comfortable managing external technology vendors as the client-side owner of the project.
• Process mapping methodology (BPMN, swim lanes or similar) valuable.
• Agile or similar delivery framework experience valuable.

What do we expect from you:

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience.
• Operations background — you have worked in an Operations function, or delivered technology or transformation projects for Operations teams.
• Proven experience launching technology and making sure it is genuinely adopted, staying involved until it delivers results.
• Fashion or retail industry exposure valuable.
