All We Wear Group (AWWG) seeks a non-technical leader to own the portfolio of AI projects for Operations. You will identify opportunities, build cases, validate delivery, and lead adoption, reporting to the Senior Manager of Data & BI with executive sponsorship from the COO and the Director of Business Technology, collaborating with all Operations Directors.
You will map processes, collect ideas, prioritize, and move fast on cases using existing tools.
AWWG is the global fashion group which integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.
You would own the portfolio of AI projects for AWWG Operations: preparing and presenting cases to the AI Committee with realistic business plans, making sure each approved project is well implemented and used by the teams, and prioritising quick wins that reuse AI tools we already have. Some AI is already running at AWWG. There is much more to build, and the scope is wide.
This is not a technical role. You are not expected to develop the solutions, but to identify opportunities, build the case, validate delivery, and lead adoption.
