Plytix seeks a dynamic AI Solutions Architect & Automation Specialist to lead its transformation into an AI-first organization. The role involves designing practical AI solutions across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to enhance productivity and drive innovation, making a significant impact from day one.
We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial AI Solutions Architect & Automation Specialist—someone with the vision, hands-on skills, and business acumen to drive our transformation into an AI-first organization by designing, building, and deploying practical AI solutions across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

Plytix is the world's leading Product Information Management (PIM) platform for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (SMBs). Plytix PIM helps companies store and organize product information ranging from descriptions and images to prices, and other specifications, in one place. Essentially, it's a handy tool that makes managing and updating product data a whole lot easier.

This is your chance to lead the AI transformation of a growing SaaS company from the inside. You’ll work directly with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and scale what works—quickly and pragmatically.
You won’t be executing someone else’s roadmap. You’ll own it. That means you’ll have the autonomy to experiment, the resources to build, and the support to scale real, high-impact solutions that change how we work.
Your work won’t sit in a demo folder or slide deck—it will be deployed, used, and improved week after week. If you’re looking for a role where you can combine technical creativity with strategic influence, and see the results of your work across the company, this is it.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be designing and implementing real-world AI solutions that streamline internal processes, enhance productivity, and unlock new capabilities for the team.
Here’s what that looks like :
Identify business opportunities for AI-driven automation and workflow enhancement
Design, prototype, and implement AI agents and automation systems using no-code / low-code platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify complex problems and deliver scalable solutions—starting small and iterating rapidly
Integrate AI tools with existing business systems (CRM, marketing automation, content management, etc.)
Educate and empower internal teams, providing training and resources to adopt AI solutions
Stay up to date on the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices—and translate them into actionable insights for the organization
Create internal content (tutorials, templates, demos) to scale knowledge and support AI adoption
Build and nurture a community of AI enthusiasts within the company
After 1 month :
You’ll be fully onboarded into our culture, tech stack, and teams. You’ll identify your first few automation opportunities and start prototyping quick wins that make someone’s day-to-day better.
After 3 months :
You’ll have built and deployed several impactful solutions, and the team will be actively using them. You’ll be leading internal workshops and sharing templates that make it easier for others to get involved with AI.
6 months in :
You’ll be seen as the go-to expert on AI and automation at Plytix. You’ll have laid the foundation for a scalable, AI-enhanced company—with a growing community of internal AI practitioners following your lead.
Who you’ll be working with?
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with :
The CEO, who is driving the company’s AI-first vision and will be your key partner in prioritizing high-impact initiatives
The Marketing team, to automate content and lead gen workflows
The Sales team, to enhance prospecting, communication, and CRM efficiency
The Operations team, to streamline internal processes
And with the broader company to champion adoption and knowledge sharing
We expect you to :
Have experience building and deploying practical AI solutions—ideally as a founder, consultant, or in an agency setting
Be deeply familiar with no-code / low-code tools like Relevance AI, Make.com, ElevenLabs, Agentive, etc.
Have a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate needs into solutions
Be excellent at simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Be proactive, fast-moving, and focused on outcomes over theory
Communicate clearly and confidently in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
Experience integrating AI agents with business platforms (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
Ability to create reusable templates, frameworks, and internal knowledge hubs
Background in SaaS, marketing technology, or business process automation
Experience in community building or internal enablement
A portfolio of AI experiments, demos, or public tutorials (big bonus)
