Schneider Electric is seeking an AI Solution Engineer in the DCR AI Operations team to design, build and deploy AI solutions across low‑code and pro‑code paths. You will work with business stakeholders to define scope, validate outputs, and iterate based on feedback, delivering end‑to‑end from prototype to go‑live in a hybrid work setting.

You will leverage Copilot Studio, Python and LLM APIs to create scalable, reusable solutions, and contribute to best practices, governance, and documentation

Formación

• Hands-on experience building low‑code AI solutions with Copilot Studio, Agentforce and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Python and LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Understanding of AI evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI patterns.
• Strong grasp of conversational AI concepts: agent design, intents, knowledge management.

As an AI Solution Engineer in the DCR AI Operations team, you will design, build and deploy AI solutions across low‑code and pro‑code delivery paths.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver AI solutions for DCR capabilities, including PoC to production deployment.
• Design low‑code AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and other platforms for agentic use cases.
• Build pro‑code AI solutions in Python with modern AI/ML frameworks for complex use cases.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to define scope, validate outputs and iterate based on user feedback.
• Own the end‑to‑end technical delivery of each use case, from prototype to go‑live.
• Coordinate with AI Hub and Enterprise IT for environment management and adherence to architecture standards.
• Ensure solutions pass Design, UAT and Certification Gateways before go‑live.
• Embed quality and documentation into every build; document architecture decisions, connector configuration, prompt design and known limitations.
• Build scalable solutions that can be reused across capabilities.
• Contribute to DCR’s library of templates, reusable components and prompt patterns.
• Share best practices, shortcuts and patterns with the DCR Low‑Code Makers community.
• Help shape low‑code standards, best practices and governance guidelines.
• Maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio certification and expand knowledge across the AI ecosystem.
• Evaluate new pre‑built agents, connectors and capabilities as they become available.
• Bring platform insights back to DCR AI Operations to improve delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience building solutions with low‑code AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce, and Power Automate.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) including prompt engineering at the code level.
• Understanding of AI evaluation and guardrails: measuring output quality, detecting hallucinations, applying content filtering and responsible AI patterns.
• Strong grasp of conversational AI concepts: agent design, intent handling, knowledge base management, escalation flows.
• Ability to translate business problems into working solutions with minimal specification.
• Comfortable managing multiple use cases simultaneously across different stakeholders and business contexts.
• Fluent in English – written and spoken.
• Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform certification is desirable.
• Experience with enterprise data connectors (SharePoint, Dynamics365, SAP, Salesforce).
• Knowledge of LangGraph agentic framework and LLMOps/MLOps exposure via LangSmith.
• Data engineering fundamentals: SQL, basic pipeline work (Databricks or Fabric).
• Background in a commercial or customer‑facing function (Sales, Customer Support, Services).
