Schneider Electric designs AI solutions across low-code and pro-code platforms from PoC to production, working with business stakeholders and IT to ensure governance and quality. You will craft scalable, well-documented solutions using Copilot Studio, AgentForce and Python with modern AI/ML frameworks.

As part of the DCR team, you will maintain certifications, contribute to templates and patterns, and help evolve low-code standards while collaborating with AI Operations and Enterprise IT for

• Hands-on experience building low-code AI solutions using Copilot Studio, AgentForce, or Power Automate.
• Proficient in Python and LLM APIs with prompt engineering at code level.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, guardrails, content filtering and responsible AI patterns.
• Strong grasp of conversational AI concepts including agent design and escalation flows.
• Ability to translate business problems into working AI solutions with limited detail.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders across multiple use cases.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build low-code AI solutions from PoC to production deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scope and validate outputs.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery from prototype to go-live.
• Ensure solutions follow architecture standards and validation pathways.
• Document architecture decisions, connectors, prompts and limitations.
• Create scalable templates and reusable components for future use.
