We’re looking to grow our Responsible AI team. If you’re experienced in Technology & Architecture with a Responsible AI background, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Responsible AI Technology & Architecture professional, you’ll be experienced in building state-of-the-art systems to solve difficult business challenges. You should have at least a year’s experience focusing on responsible aspects such as AI model fairness, transparency, explainability, robustness, soundness, and privacy—preferably gained in a client-facing environment.

You’ll bring diverse expertise in architecture, software development, and data engineering with specialization in RAI. You’ll be an outstanding technical specialist with strong communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues. At the industry forefront, you’ll help realize our Responsible AI vision for clients seeking to better serve their customers and operate always-on enterprises.

The work:

You’ll be a key player delivering exceptional work for our Responsible AI clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the architecture and design of ethical AI systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies using appropriate tools and technologies.
• Supporting client sales conversations and proposal preparations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design integrations with existing data and AI platforms and workflows on cloud platforms.
• Designing and guiding best practices and architectural guidelines for AI model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring, including helping define and roll out internal Responsible AI tools and assets.
• Architecting regular audits of AI systems to identify and mitigate biases, ensuring fairness and transparency.
• Spearheading Responsible AI thought leadership and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to AI development teams, including delivering Responsible AI technical training.
• Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding AI projects and their impact.
• Supporting the evaluation of third-party Responsible AI tools and frameworks.
• Architecting and solutioning AI project lifecycles from conception through deployment and maintenance.

Job Qualifications — Here’s What You Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.

• 6-8 years of experience for Manager roles; 8-10 years for Senior Manager roles.

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.

• Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.

• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and database management.

• Domain experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, or data & analytics.

• Knowledge of ethical AI principles, data privacy laws, and regulations.

• Proven track record in leading complex AI projects in enterprise environments.

• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Commitment to ethical AI practices and continuous learning.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Additional training or courses in responsible AI, ethics, or related areas.

• Certifications in AI or machine learning.

• Domain-specific experience (healthcare, finance, retail).

• Familiarity with model explainability tools, MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.

• Business-level proficiency in languages other than English.
