Job summary

Zone & Co is a fully remote, international AI software engineering team delivering AI-powered financial operations within NetSuite. We seek a skilled AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that power our ERP-native platform for 4,500+ customers.

You’ll collaborate with product, data science, and engineering to build scalable systems and deliver real business value. You’ll work on end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, integrate models into services, and mentor peers while staying

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, AI, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and LangGraph/AutoGen/DSPy.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
• Experience deploying AI systems in production environments.
• Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure); containerization is a bonus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and implement AI systems for business apps.
• Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines for key product features.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams.
• Integrate AI models into backend and frontend apps.
• Monitor and optimize deployed models for performance and reliability.
• Lead experiments and prototype new ideas.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Communicate technical outcomes to diverse audiences.
