Job Description :

We are looking for an AI Developer experienced in designing and implementing agentic AI systems. As part of our team, you will leverage large language models (LLMs), advanced machine learning techniques, and cutting-edge frameworks to build solutions that support scientific and engineering innovation. Your work will empower AI agents to interact dynamically with data, simulation tools, as well as users, to facilitate the modeling of optical and photonic systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Agentic AI Integration : Architect, develop, and refine agentic AI solutions that exhibit autonomy, contextual understanding, and the capacity for continuous learning and adaptation.
• LLM Utilization : Leverage large language models to enable agents to interpret, reason about, and communicate complex concepts, particularly in scientific and engineering domains.
• Iterative Development : Continuously improve agentic AI solutions through prototyping, testing, and iterative refinement, ensuring reliability and performance under real-world conditions.
• Collaborative Environment : Work closely with researchers, scientists, and engineers to align on project objectives, resolve technical challenges, and deliver impactful AI-driven capabilities.
• Clear Communication : Translate technical findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, maintaining transparency throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise : Proven experience in architecting and developing agentic AI solutions, including the integration of LLMs and other advanced AI methodologies.
• Programming Skills : Proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks to build, train, and deploy models.
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of navigating complex technical challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
• Teamwork & Communication : Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, coupled with clear and concise communication skills.
