• Several years of experience as aSenior Software Engineer, designing complex solutions across diverse systems.
• Strong understanding ofsoftware architecture patternsandSOLID principles.
• Deep, practical experience usingGitHub Copilot, including long-term usage and critical evaluation of its strengths and limitations.
• Ability to write usage guidelines and provide best practices and anti-patterns.
• Experience working inAzure DevOpsenvironments.
• Excellent communication skills, autonomy, persistence, and a proactive mindset.
• Based inBarcelona.
• Availability to workonsite on Wednesdays and Thursdaysat our Barcelona office.

• Have experience leading technical sessions with multiple stakeholders.
• Have worked on large-scale DevOps transformation projects.
• Are comfortable managing deliverables and progress reporting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Guide technical teams through the implementation of automated DevOps processes.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings to explain the required steps and how to document their implementation.
• Ensure follow-up meetings are scheduled to verify completion of tasks.
• Track progress and report on the status of each team’s implementation.
• Collaborate with internal leads to resolve any technical questions or blockers.
• Maintain a repository with evidence and provide regular progress updates.
