Job summary

DWS Group is transforming its Technology function and building a focused AI Security capability. As a Security Engineer, VP you'll lead the design and integration of scalable AI security controls across APIs, CI/CD, and cloud environments, enabling secure adoption of AI.

You will collaborate with the CSO AI Security CoE Lead and drive guardrails, monitoring, and automation while mentoring a growing team. This role offers a hybrid work model and the chance to shape an industry-leading security

Qualifications

5+ years in security engineering, DevSecOps, app security, cloud security, or vulnerability management.
Recent experience supporting AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
Strong Python, API, CI/CD, cloud, automation and logging skills.
Experience automating vulnerability discovery, validation and remediation.
Knowledge of LLM, RAG, agentic AI and AI security telemetry.

Responsibilities

Engineer and integrate AI security guardrails, gateways, logging, monitoring and controls.
Build automated security evaluations and testing harnesses.
Integrate AI security controls into APIs, CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
Support secure deployment and monitoring of LLM, RAG and agentic apps.
Develop tooling to scale the AI Security CoE.
