Job summary

DWS Group in Madrid seeks an AI Security CoE Lead, VP to shape and lead the AI security capability across the enterprise. You will define strategy, operating model and governance, while coordinating architecture, data protection and assurance across business and technology teams.

You will report to the CSO Head of Cybersecurity and lead a senior, cross-functional team in a regulated financial services environment, driving secure innovation and risk management. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity across security engineering, architecture and risk, with recent focus on AI/ML security.
• Proven experience building or leading vulnerability and threat management programs with governance and metrics.
• Practical experience addressing risks like LLM, RAG, AI data, and supplier AI security.
• Strong leadership and delivery in complex regulated environments; financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define AI security strategy, operating model, roadmap and service catalog.
• Lead secure AI enablement across business, tech, risk, compliance and audit.
• Establish AI security standards, controls and metrics; oversee governance.
• Coordinate AI architecture, red teaming, data protection and assurance capabilities.
• Build and manage a long-term team and vendor relationships.
