Job summary

DWS Group in Madrid is seeking an AI Security CoE Lead, VP to define the AI security strategy, operating model, and roadmap, and to lead secure AI enablement across business, technology, risk, compliance, and audit.

You will build AI security standards, coordinate architecture, red team, data protection, and assurance, and grow a long-term team of specialists and vendors in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience across security engineering, architecture, vulnerability management, cloud security, or technology risk.
• Recent experience applying that foundation to AI/ML and GenAI security.
• Proven leadership and delivery experience in complex regulated environments; financial services preferred.
• Ability to lead vulnerability and threat management with governance, metrics, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI security strategy, operating model, roadmap, governance, and service catalog.
• Lead secure AI enablement across business, technology, risk, compliance, and audit.
• Establish AI security standards, controls, metrics, and Mythos readiness.
• Coordinate AI architecture, red teaming, engineering, data protection, and assurance capabilities.
• Build a long-term team and manage specialist consultants and vendors.
