Orbio AI busca un Ingeniero/a de ventas en Madrid para diseñar y presentar soluciones de IA a clientes empresariales. El rol combina funciones de preventa con soporte técnico y colaboración con los equipos de producto e ingeniería para convertir requerimientos en soluciones viables.

Trabajarás en un entorno híbrido, con interacción directa con clientes globales y oportunidades de aprendizaje continuo en tecnologías de IA y SaaS.

Formación

• Habilidades sólidas en ventas técnicas y soporte para diseñar, explicar y apoyar soluciones de IA para clientes empresariales.
• Experiencia en ventas y servicio al cliente para gestionar relaciones y oportunidades.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para explicar conceptos técnicos a partes interesadas no técnicas.
• Experiencia en IA, SaaS o software empresarial, preferentemente en B2B.
• Capacidad de colaborar con equipos multifuncionales y gestionar varios proyectos.
• Confort con estructuras de trabajo híbridas y disponibilidad para trabajar en Madrid.
• Licenciatura en Ingeniería, CS, Negocios o campo relacionado.
• Inglés fluido; español útil para interacción con clientes regionales.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar actividades de preventa y responder consultas técnicas.
• Preparar configuraciones de prueba de concepto.
• Garantizar una transición fluida de venta a implementación.
• Trabajar con equipos de producto e ingeniería para traducir requerimientos en especificaciones técnicas.
• Desarrollar relaciones con clientes y brindar soporte técnico postventa.
• Contribuir a documentación, presentaciones y materiales de formación.

Role Description

The AI Sales Engineer role at Orbio AI is a full-time hybrid position based in Madrid, with flexibility for partial work from home. The person in this role will collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, design AI solution proposals, and present technical demonstrations tailored to enterprise clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting pre-sales activities, responding to technical queries, preparing proof-of-concept configurations, and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to implementation. The AI Sales Engineer will work closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and provide feedback that improves solutions. Ongoing tasks also involve building strong customer relationships, offering post-sale technical support, and contributing to documentation, presentations, and training materials.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to design, explain, and support AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to manage client relationships, drive opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with AI, Saa S, or enterprise software solutions, preferably in a B2 B environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and availability to work on-site in Madrid as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is highly beneficial for client interactions in the region.
