Blu Selection represents a global fragrance, flavor and ingredients leader in Barcelona seeking an AI Project & Product Manager to bridge the gap between a high-velocity AI engineering team and key business stakeholders.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will translate complex business challenges into production-ready AI roadmaps and ensure technical decisions are grounded in business value.

Formación

• 3–4 years in Project/Product Management with 3–4 years in AI/ML or data-driven software.
• Solid AI/ML foundation with ability to discuss technical concepts with engineers.
• Proven track record taking AI solutions from prototype to production in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong stakeholder management with executives and technical teams.
• Professional fluency in English; French is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge the gap between stakeholder ideas and structured product requirements and backlogs.
• Own delivery orchestration from PoC and MVP to production scale with agile planning.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Security to ensure feasibility and scalability.
• Shield core teams from scope creep and external noise to maintain velocity.
• Identify risks early and align cross-functional expectations with clear progress tracking.

Our client is a global, French family‑owned leader in the fragrance, flavor, and ingredients industry with over 150 years of history and an active footprint in 41 countries. They are looking for an AI Project & Product Manager to act as the vital connective tissue between their high‑velocity AI engineering team and key business stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will translate complex business challenges into production‑ready AI roadmaps, ensuring technical decisions are grounded in real‑world business value.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Bridging the Gap: Act as the primary technical‑business translator, turning abstract stakeholder ideas into structured product requirements and technical backlogs.
• Delivery Orchestration: Own the product "heartbeat"—managing agile planning, prioritizations, timelines, and dependencies from PoC and MVP to production scale.
• Technical sparring: Partner closely with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Security teams, constructively challenging technical decisions for feasibility and scalability.
• Team Shielding: Protect the core engineering and data science teams from scope creep, ad‑hoc requests, and external noise to maintain execution velocity.
• Stakeholder & Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks early, align cross‑functional expectations, and ensure clear, consistent progress tracking.

What they are looking for:

• Experience: 3‑4 years in Project/Product Management combined with 3‑4 years focusing specifically on AI, ML, or data‑driven software solutions.
• Technical Fluency: A solid foundation in AI/ML concepts with the ability to comfortably engage in deep technical discussions with engineers.
• Delivery Track Record: Proven experience bringing AI solutions from prototype to production, running tight Agile/Scrum processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to align senior business executives and technical teams.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English (French is highly preferred).

Nice to Have

• Exposure to formulation, chemistry, or the fragrance & flavor/FMCG industry.
• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
