Lear Corporation is seeking a capable Project Coordinator for our AI department in Spain to drive the coordination and delivery of AI and software projects. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, clients, and technical teams to ensure successful execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or resource management roles.
• Experience working in software, data, digital, AI, or technology-driven project environments.
• Strong Spanish and English communication skills, with the ability to conduct meetings and discussions in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
