Lear Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to support AI and software project delivery in Spain. You will focus on coordination, resource planning, stakeholder mgmt, and effective communication with business leaders, clients, and technical teams.

You will not be performing hands-on development; instead you will ensure successful execution by aligning priorities, timelines, and resources across multiple initiatives. Spanish and English fluency required for meetings and reporting.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project management, coordination, or resource management.
• Experience in software, data, digital, AI, or technology-driven projects.
• Strong Spanish and English communication for meetings and discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of AI and software projects.
• Manage project resources and support capacity planning across initiatives.
• Coordinate with clients and managers to align priorities, timelines, and resources.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Gather and organize complex project information into clear action plans.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
• Prepare updates, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Foster a proactive, collaborative environment aligned with delivery goals.

Join our AI Department and support the delivery of high-impact AI and software projects. In this role, you will focus on project coordination, resource planning, stakeholder management, and communication rather than hands‑on technical development. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, clients, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or resource management roles.
• Experience working in software, data, digital, AI, or technology‑driven project environments.
• Strong Spanish and English communication skills, with the ability to conduct meetings and discussions in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
