Job summary

Luzia, Europe's fastest-growing AI consumer company, seeks a senior Product Manager to own end-to-end AI product areas in a hybrid Madrid setting. You’ll decide what to build, specify features with engineers, and drive production readiness with a strong data-first approach.

Lead prioritization across backend and frontend work, collaborate with Engineering, Design and Growth, and articulate clear requirements while championing experiments and data-backed decisions. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building technology products in a B2C context.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and production AI features.
• Technical understanding of the full system including backend.
• Strong data mindset; able to test decisions with numbers.
• Ability to act autonomously in a fast-moving, multi-country setup.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area and define KPIs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design and Growth to ship AI-enabled features.
• Set priorities and ensure engineering focus on high-impact work.
• Define metrics for ship readiness including latency and cost.
• Write clear product requirements and run experiments.
• Challenge assumptions and present findings to leadership.
