DKB Code Factory Spain seeks an experienced Lead IT Security AI Redteamer to drive offensive security across APIs, apps, cloud, and internal systems. You will lead a small team, deliver prioritized reports, and co-develop repeatable redteam services that reduce attack surfaces for banking products.

You will coach two direct reports, integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines, and guide remediation with clear, actionable plans.

Formación

• Hands-on red team/offensive security testing across web apps, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, API Security Top 10, CVSS, secure SDLC, and threat modeling.
• Experience with AI-assisted offensive tooling or integrating ML/NLP into offensive workflows.
• Proficient with Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus/OpenVAS, and Kali Linux.
• Cloud security knowledge, especially AWS, and Kubernetes/container security.
• Scripting and automation (Python, Bash); CI/CD integration with security checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with SIEM/OpenSearch, Grafana, and production monitoring; financial services exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI-assisted red team engagements across web apps, APIs, cloud workloads, and infrastructure.
• Manage two direct reports, conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Provide remediation guidance and validate fixes, prioritizing critical findings.
• Configure, tune, and maintain offensive tooling and automation playbooks.
• Integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines and platform processes.
• Lead remediation workshops and develop reusable runbooks for teams.
• Coordinate triage with SOC, IT Ops, product teams, and central IT Security.
