MITO AI is seeking a high-agency Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for our AI-powered production platform and studio services. You will map production workflows, build business cases, and close deals with brands, agencies, and production companies in a category that is still forming.

Based in Madrid, you will work with founders and Solutions Engineers on early-stage opportunities, coordinate with Customer Success and Production, and contribute to market shaping and positioning as

Formación

• 2-3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a consultative motion.
• Ability to sell to brands, agencies, and production houses in a new category.
• Domain fluency in MarTech, AdTech, or creative tools is a plus.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success and Production teams.
• Fluent English communicator with experience working with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build outbound and inbound pipeline targeting brands, agencies, and production houses.
• Run discovery calls mapping client content workflows and pain points.
• Lead product demos with founders or Solutions Engineer in early-stage deals.
• Own proposal, negotiation, contract, and close end-to-end.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Production to hand off and deliver.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast in CRM (HubSpot).
• Feed market feedback to the product team to shape the category.
• Help sharpen MITO's positioning and messaging as the market matures.
