You will simplify complex workflows, implement scalable systems, and collaborate across Product, Engineering and Operations to improve efficiency and customer experience.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives from diagnosis to rollout, track key metrics, and push continuous improvements, helping Revolut scale its global operations

Qualifications

• 2:1 or equivalent STEM degree from a leading institution.
• 5+ years in operations, process improvement, or related roles.
• Experience designing and scaling complex operational processes.
• Hands-on experience with process automation and workflow optimisation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Architect and refine workflows to boost throughput and scalability.
• Deploy AI and intelligent automation to reduce manual work.
• Lead cross-functional projects from diagnosis through rollout.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate pain points into technical solutions.
