Job summary

Revolut is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to own the roadmap for AI-powered features, from conception to scale, collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to deliver products customers love. You will lead NLP and AI deployments, drive cross-functional initiatives, and shape the future of fintech with scalable AI solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with ML/DL libraries, strong Python/SQL skills, and a passion for building impactful AI products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and launching AI products/features from scratch.
• Strong analytical and technical acumen with business sense and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a data science or machine learning role.
• Experience owning machine learning projects from design to implementation and iteration.
• Great Python, SQL, or other programming language skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions, leveraging LLMs and other machine learning technologies.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build and deploy NLP and AI solutions, such as AI assistants and AI automation platforms.
• Set your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company goals.
• Deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment.
