Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager in Spain to drive large-scale transformation through process optimisation, automation, and AI-powered solutions. You will simplify complex workflows, implement scalable systems, and collaborate across Product, Engineering and Operations to improve efficiency and customer experience.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives from diagnosis to rollout, track key metrics, and push continuous improvements, helping Revolut scale its global operations

Qualifications

• 2:1 or equivalent STEM degree from a leading institution.
• 5+ years in operations, process improvement, or related roles.
• Experience designing and scaling complex operational processes.
• Hands-on experience with process automation and workflow optimisation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

What You'll Be Doing

• Architecting, mapping, and refining comprehensive workflows to boost operational throughput and scalability
• Deploying AI and intelligent automation to eradicate manual work, eliminate friction, and enhance overall output
• Spearheading cross-functional projects from initial diagnostic through to solution rollout and continuous monitoring
• Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to convert business pain points into robust technical frameworks
• Resolving complex operational constraints through data-driven analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
• Tracking essential metrics to evaluate system performance, operational efficiency gains, and bottom-line success
• Fostering continuous optimisation by uncovering new ways to streamline, standardise, and automate existing procedures

What You'll Need

• An impressive academic background, with a 2:1 or equivalent from a leading institution in a STEM discipline or quantitative field, such as engineering, maths, physics, economics, finance, etc.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, strategy and operations, or related roles
• A proven track record of designing, improving, and scaling complex operational processes
• Hands‑on experience delivering process automation, workflow optimisation, or technology-driven operational improvements
• Experience managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and develop actionable solutions
• The ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through execution, delivering measurable business impact
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions or integrating AI into operational workflows
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, or other tools used for data analysis and automation
