Qualifyze is seeking a Business Operations Engineer to bridge business, data, and tech, building data-driven, AI-powered solutions that scale our operations.

You will work in the BI team within Finance, drive automation, API integrations, and end-to-end delivery from concept to production, with a strong DevOps mindset.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Europe, competitive pay (€55,000 - €70,000) and opportunities to shape processes with AI, dbt pipelines, and cloud tech.

Formación

• Deep understanding of business processes and process mapping.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java, with SQL.
• Proven experience building ETL/ELT pipelines with dbt or similar.
• Hands-on experience with automations.
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI agents, including production workflows.
• Solid DevOps knowledge: containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and deployment practices.
• Familiarity with APIs and webhooks to automate cross-system workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent collaboration and ownership across technical and business teams.
• Cost vs. performance tradeoffs mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business teams to identify high-impact AI/automation opportunities.
• Define the business problem, success metrics, feasibility, risks, and ROI.
• Map and analyze current processes and data flows; propose scalable workflows.
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions from concept to production.
• Develop AI-based systems like intelligent routing and workflow orchestration.
• Prepare solutions for plug-and-play deployment with DevOps standards.
• Establish monitoring for quality, performance, and safety of solutions.
• Create documentation and handovers for sustainable operations.
• Design ingestion and transformation pipelines using dbt.
