Qualifyze is seeking a Business Operations Engineer to bridge business, data, and tech, building data-driven, AI-powered solutions that scale our operations.
You will work in the BI team within Finance, drive automation, API integrations, and end-to-end delivery from concept to production, with a strong DevOps mindset.
The role offers a hybrid work model in Europe, competitive pay (€55,000 - €70,000) and opportunities to shape processes with AI, dbt pipelines, and cloud tech.

As a Business Operations Engineer, you sit at the intersection of business, data, and technology, and you use that viewpoint to scale how the organization works. Your mission is to understand our business and its processes deeply, identify where they can be made faster, simpler, and more reliable, and deliver data-driven, automated, AI-powered solutions that raise productivity, sharpen decision-making, and drive operational excellence across the company.
This is a business-first, deeply technical role. You combine a genuine understanding of how the business runs with strong engineering skills, including data engineering, programming, and enough DevOps fluency to prepare your solutions for clean, standardized handover to production.
This role is integrated in the BI team, which sits within the Finance department.

At Qualifyze, our salary ranges are transparent internally, and we aim to follow a similar approach externally. For this role, we’re happy to share a reference point within the band: the expected salary range is around €55,000 - €70,000, centred around the median. Final compensation will depend on experience and performance during the process, with some flexibility within the range.
