Clarivate Analytics seeks a Lead Software Engineer - AI Product development in Barcelona to build scalable AI-powered software using Python, cloud platforms, and LLM-based applications. You will join a small, skilled team reporting to the Engineering Manager and shape technical direction in a hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in software, 4+ years in Python backend, 3+ years with LLMs, and strong collaboration across Product, Cloud Ops, and Architecture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Software Eng.
• 7+ years of software engineering with 4+ years backend in Python.
• 5+ years in cross-functional, agile teams.
• 3+ years working with LLMs or agentic AI apps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI platform initiatives for LS&H products from concept to implementation.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs and ETL pipelines in Azure/AWS.
• Collaborate with Cloud Ops, Architecture, Product Eng and SMEs.
• Build and iterate LLM-based AI applications ensuring reliability and quality.
• Guidance and ownership from design through production.
