Kraken is building the enterprise AI platform and needs an engineer to design the technical layer from surface to production runbook. You will own the governed integration gateway, handle OAuth and identity, and develop internal tooling for agent scaffolding and evaluation harnesses.

You will configure spend controls and enforce data-policy compliance across the AI estate. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to unblock workflows, run technical enablement sessions, and manage vendor

Formación

• Enterprise SaaS administration at 1,000+ seats, AI platform experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship working software; Python or equivalent; use of version control, CI, containers, secrets management.
• Experience integrating with LLM and SaaS APIs with agent/tool patterns (MCP or equivalent).
• Knowledge of identity and access: Okta or IdP, OAuth, SCIM, SSO, federated identity.
• Operational discipline: queues, SLAs, runbooks, escalation hygiene, documenting fixes.
• Teaching ability: explain tech clearly to compliance, traders, and backend engineers.
• Clear written communication for technical docs, runbooks, policy pages.
• Judgment on building vs showcasing capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build the technical layer of the AI platform from integration surface to production runbook.
• Own the governed integration gateway including onboarding, OAuth and federated identity flows.
• Build internal tooling: agent scaffolding, prompt assets, evaluation harnesses, automation, and tool integrations.
• Configure and operate tiered spend controls across the AI estate with caps, alerts, and reconciliations.
• Implement policy controls for data handling, retention, and model eligibility with identity tooling.
• Work directly with teams to unblock them; understand workflows and enable tooling.
• Lead technical enablement: tool rollouts, office hours, and knowledge-base content.
• Administer the enterprise AI estate end to end: model turn ups, feature enablement, vendor configurations, seat management.
