# AI Operations Assistant - Job Description

## Position Overview

We're seeking a technically-minded **AI Operations Assistant** to join our fast-growing company. This role is perfect for an early-career professional who loves working with cutting-edge AI tools and automation systems. You'll be the right hand to our Operations Director, executing sophisticated AI and automation tasks that drive business efficiency.

**This is not a traditional assistant role** - you'll be working with advanced AI platforms, automation workflows, and no-code tools to solve real business problems.

## What You'll Do (85% Execution Focus)

### **Content Strategy & Digital Marketing Execution**

- Execute comprehensive content strategies across multiple channels and platforms

- Create, optimize, and publish content using AI-powered tools and workflows

- Manage SEO optimization tasks, keyword research, and content performance tracking

- Execute digital marketing campaigns through automation platforms and AI tools

- Coordinate content creation workflows using AI for ideation, writing, and optimization

- Manage website updates, content management, and user experience improvements

- Execute social media content strategies and cross-platform content distribution

- Analyze content performance metrics and prepare optimization recommendations

### **AI Tool Operation & Management**

- Execute AI-powered lead processing and classification using OpenAI API and Claude

- Manage and optimize AI prompts for various business processes including content creation

- Quality control AI outputs and route for further processing when needed

- Operate sophisticated AI workflows for document generation, content creation, and data processing

### **Automation Support & Technical Execution**

- Execute tasks within existing Make.com automation workflows

- Test and report on automation performance (15% of time)

- Follow guidance to make minor tweaks to prompts, workflow parameters, and content optimization

- Monitor complex API integrations and flag issues

### **Data Operations & Analysis**

- Manage data across multiple Notion databases and Airtable systems

- Execute data cleanup, migration, and optimization tasks

- Perform quality assurance on CRM data, lead classifications, and content performance

- Generate business intelligence reports using automated tools

## Required Skills & Experience

### **Technical Proficiencies (Essential)**

- **AI Platforms**: Experience with OpenAI API, Claude, or similar AI tools

- **Prompt Engineering**: Ability to understand, test, and refine AI prompts

- **No-Code Platforms**: Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or similar database tools
