Schneider Electric is seeking a legal professional specializing in AI to provide practical, business‑oriented advice and support on compliant AI deployments. The role operates globally from Europe, collaborating with AI Hub, Data and Software teams, and Group Legal.

Based in Europe with open possibility for Spain (Barcelona) or France (Rueil-Malmaison/Grenoble). Fluency in English required; additional European languages are assets.

Formación

• Master's degree in Law from a recognized university.
• 2–5 years of legal experience in technology / IT law, data protection / privacy and commercial contracting.
• Meaningful exposure to AI or data-driven technologies and Software / SaaS environments.
• Strong interest in EU AI Act or comparable data regimes.
• Fluent English; French/Spanish would be assets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive legal support on AI-related matters, including regulatory compliance, data privacy and governance.
• Contribute to internal policies and guidelines related to AI usage and governance.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with laws and internal standards; support AI Hub operations.
• Draft and update templates; negotiate AI-related clauses; review contracts with AI features.
• Advise Product/Engineering/Business on AI features; identify and mitigate risks early.
• Monitor AI regulation developments globally and prepare internal updates.
• Develop training materials on AI legal topics and raise awareness in Legal and Business teams.
• Escalate complex matters in coordination with Group Legal.
