Our AI Lab is continuously looking to engage with and hire great Data Science / Machine Learning (ML) professionals. If considered for a potential vacancy in our AI Lab, your involvement will be critical in building and improving the AI / ML solutions and infrastructure supporting our products and services, contributing to the company's continuous innovation cycle.

Responsibilities

You will contribute to developing and evolving the AI-based features of our services, ensuring the robustness and scalability of our models and solutions in a real-life and fast-growing global environment.

You will use your experience to coach and support junior colleagues in the AI Lab, promoting teamwork and an effective working environment.

What you'd do (contingent on project development)

• Study and transform data science prototypes
• Design, train, and retrain machine learning systems
• Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools
• Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks
• Select datasets and data representation methods
• Run machine learning tests and experiments

Requirements

You are available for a full-time role, working remotely and/or in our office in Barcelona.

Residency

You are a resident of Spain, Ireland, or the UK.

Your skills and experience

• Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, statistics, and software development
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
• Experience working in the cloud (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP ML)
• Excellent communication skills; professional level English speaking and writing
• Work equipment provided after probation (laptop, screen, peripherals)
• Flexibility to manage your own time
• Co-working allowance when away from home base
• Quarterly on-site visits in Barcelona or Dublin, with all travel expenses covered
